We process data of two categories of data subjects:
We do not process or request special categories of personal data (health, beliefs, biometrics).
When you use the UltimSport app, we receive and store:
Authorization in the app is done via Yandex services (Yandex ID). Your avatar is stored on Yandex servers; we only store the link to it.
The site is a landing page for the app. It does not ask for your email, name or other details: there are no data collection forms on the site. The site processes only what arises from ordinary browsing:

The IP address is processed to deliver the page and for security and troubleshooting. Web server access and error logs are kept for 14 days and then deleted automatically; they are not used to identify visitors or to build profiles.
Personal data is processed based on your consent, which you give when you authorize in the app via Yandex ID.
Data is stored until you delete your account or until we receive a deletion request from you. No specific retention period is set — data is stored as long as you use the app.
Site local storage entries (theme and consent choice) stay in your browser until you clear them; analytics cookies live within the periods listed in the Cookie Policy.
Processing stops once the purposes are achieved, when you withdraw consent, or when you delete your account. Account data is deleted within 30 days of your request — see “Data deletion”. Browser entries (theme and consent choice) are removed by you when you clear local storage; analytics cookies are removed when you withdraw consent or through your browser. Web server logs are deleted automatically once the retention period above expires.
We apply legal, organisational and technical measures to protect the data: we process only the minimum needed to run the site and the app; access to the server and the database is restricted to authorised persons; the connection between your browser and the site is protected with HTTPS; access is logged with a limited retention period; data is not shared with third parties except in the cases described below.
App data is not shared with third parties: Yandex provides us with your email, nickname and avatar link when you sign in via Yandex ID, but that data is not passed back or on to anyone else.
The only exception is site analytics. If you gave consent, visit data is processed by YANDEX LLC (the Yandex.Metrika service) on our instructions. Processing takes place on servers in the Russian Federation; there is no cross-border transfer. The site's fonts, styles and scripts are loaded from our own domain — there are no calls to external font services.
You can withdraw analytics consent at any time: the “Cookie settings” link in the page footer opens the notice, where you simply choose “Necessary only”. After that the counter is not loaded and the cookies it has already set are deleted. Consent to the processing of account data is withdrawn by deleting your account or by contacting us — see “Data deletion”.
To delete all your data from UltimSport, send a request to d.buriy@vk.com with the subject "Delete my data". We will delete the data within 30 days.
Deleting your account in UltimSport does not delete your Yandex account.
You have the right to access, rectify, and delete your data. For more details, see the separate "Your Rights" document.
