Your rights regarding personal data

The UltimSport app is built with respect for your privacy. In accordance with legal requirements (including Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" and GDPR), you have the following rights to manage your personal data.

How authorization works

Authorization in the UltimSport app is done via Yandex (Yandex ID) services. This means that:

You log in to the app using your Yandex account;
Yandex provides us with your email and public nickname (with your permission);
Your avatar is stored on Yandex servers — we receive and store only the link to it for display within the app;
We do not receive or store your Yandex password or any other confidential information.

📌 Important: Managing your Yandex account (password change, account deletion, avatar update, etc.) is done through Yandex services. We only use the data you have allowed us to see.

What data we collect and store

To operate the UltimSport app, we process the following data:

Email — received from Yandex, used to identify your account and to contact you;
Nickname — received from Yandex, displayed in the app (you can change it in the app settings; this change does not affect your Yandex account);
Avatar URL (link) — received from Yandex, used to display your photo in the app (the image itself is stored by Yandex);
Device model — collected by us for analytics and performance optimization;
RuStore device identifier — collected to send push notifications.

All data mentioned above (except the avatar, which remains with Yandex) is stored in our secure database and is used solely to ensure the functionality of the app.

Your legal rights

You may contact us at any time to exercise the following rights:

Right of access — obtain a copy of all personal data we hold about you (email, nickname, avatar URL, device model, RuStore identifier).
Right to rectification — if any data is incorrect (e.g., nickname), we will correct it.
Right to erasure (right to be forgotten) — request the complete deletion of your data from our database.

How to submit a request

To exercise any of your rights:

📝 In the body of the email, clearly specify:

Which right you wish to exercise (access, deletion, rectification)
Your email address used in the app (for identification)
Preferably, your nickname
Your contact email for reply (if different from the one used in the app)

⏱️ We commit to responding to your request within 30 days.

Security

We take all reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorized access or leaks. Data is stored in a secure database, accessible only to authorized personnel. We do not store passwords or any other confidential information from your Yandex account.

Changes

We may update this page as new features are added to the app. In case of significant changes, we will notify you through the app interface or on this page.
